1993年在一場車禍中癱瘓，2003年成為會員，召開的首次個展於1996年11月，參加了「郡上繪畫協會」以及多場的組展。柔美的線條和顏色主要用於山水，動物和兒童。善於繪製歡快素材的圖片。

Then I met people with disabilities in the same situation and talked about this kind of things. A person who is a missionary named Park Woo-young gave detailed information about 'how to get a phone call, how to do a picture and what tools to use'. I also gave my own tools to work.
At that time, the work tools used by people with disabilities were not so well known in Korea yet, and it was hard to find them. So, from that moment on, I turned my eyes to art, and every day was appreciated and looked positively.
Then one day. When Jung-in was injured, Lee Jung-soon, the main character of the essay "Strong woman lives like a watercolor," was introduced through an acquaintance and was able to study art professionally. Lee Jung Soon has always been a map for disabled people and housewives, so meeting with Hwang Jung - eun was natural. Since then, I have been able to find the house of Mr.
Mr. Cheng is forced to draw a brush and draw a picture because his whole body is paralyzed. One day, Lee said to Jung-seon, "I have a lot of spit in my mouth to draw a brush and draw a picture. It is very difficult for me to get out of the room, and it will be a lot harder.
"He said that he felt very grateful for doing experiments and talking for him. So I worked harder. So, I had an exhibition with my teacher Mr. Lee Jung Soon within a year of learning. That's 96 years.
His marriage to his wife in the church was married in September 1998.
